    摘    要

    To better understand the impact of warmingon heavy metals (HM) associated with plant litterdecomposition in streams, we investigated the impact ofhigh and low HM (Cu and Zn) levels and different watertemperatures (10, 15 and 20ºC) on microbial decompositionof Typha angustifolia L. litter and the associated extracellularenzyme activities. During a 100-day incubation, changes inlitter mass losses, chemical composition (lignin and totalcarbohydrate), and extracellular enzyme activity weredetermined. The decomposition rates were acceleratedby the low HM levels at 20ºC (0.0051 day-1 at CK vs 0.0061day-1 at low HM levels). The negative effects of Cu and Znon Typha litter decomposition were more pronounced atlower temperatures (10 and 15°C). The enhanced enzymeactivities of cellulase and β-glucosidase and the higherlignin/litter weight loss and lignin/carbohydrate ratioswere found at 20ºC and low HM treatment. The enzymeactivities of β-glucosidase and cellulase were positivelycorrelated with litter mass losses at 20ºC and low HMlevels. These results suggest that a 5ºC increase in watertemperature may attenuate the inhibition of low HM levelon litter decomposition.
